Save distance education degree of Punjab Technical University passout students it was erstwhile DEC who gave the permission to offer courses outside its state from 10th march 2010-8th june 2012 and we admitted in its kolkata study centre in 2011 and passout year is 2014,but currently IGNOU and few other universities are not accepting and saying PTU is not allowed to offer outside since 2009,complained to MHRD and UGC but they are not taking any action and they are silent,please help us
