Hi Sir,This is regarding water scarcity in India and for this obviously we all human beings are responsible so we have only to find the way to get rid of this problem.so some of my ideas i am jotting down here.hope it will be helpful some way The two important points are Controlling the Pollution to minify global pollution and Water level refilling in earth bed.These two methods I have briefly described in below image.
