For success of cashless economy, all cashless transition including cheque, debit and credit card, prepaid card, online transfer, e-wallet, upi etc. should made free, no extra charges to be apply. And for every cash transition including withdrawal from ATM and bank should made chargeable cash handling charges or other charges to be applied. Each and every shop keeper, or service provider must not refuse to take payment by cheque if POS machine is not available.
