please make it compulsory to install a dustbin outside the retail shops to make India clean.those dustbins should be taken care by shop owners.This would help the government to save a lot of money because less number of labors can be deployed when there is less garbage to sweep and also those who dont install dustbins should be fined heavily
Absolutely, recently I went to a prominent MALL in Gr Noida , Venice mall which has a big retail chain Mr DIY, I had disposable tea cup with me, when I entered I asked bin to throw the cup , he refused and said store doesn’t have any bin and I need to go and find mall Bin somewhere, when I resisted and told receptionist and he said same, but later asked me to use his personal bin. Later Manager scolded him in public in front of me that next time onwards don’t allow and argued with me as well.
