Including regulatory bodies like Pharmacopia, DGS&D, FSSAI and make all the above under citizens charter as well. A corpus be given and the ineterest be used to run them till they self sustain or Close down.
Then what about the future of the staff of that bodies
If govt wants to progress then Govt should privatize all the departments. No one is ready to do any work and Govt is bearing losses on these departments.1 private bus vendor gets its business double in 1-2 year but Govt busses are running in losses. It’s just a single example
