Parliament as the guardian of our country.If in judiciary we see unethical practice go unpunished,honest citizen will suffer and loose all faith in Government and judiciary and the very social contract on which the state is founded will crumble as castles built on foundation of sand.Judicial officer essentially a public trust,and the right of the people to revoke this trust is fundamental.
