What is missing is a section for verified reviews at dish level, which will make it very easy for me to order good local food from unknown locations. Since all orders are linked with PNR numbers it is easy to have verified reviews. After receiving the orders, customers can be easily encouraged to review his ordered dish online. Others can view these reviews before ordering. Competition will also encourage quality.
