Counter caste-based reservation movement with class based reservation for WOMEN — women is the only socially and educationally backward class of india. after initiation of mandal quota for OBC in 1993, now every un-reserved caste in every state is fighting to get OBC tag for reservation in jobs and education. this is increasing social tension. how all these will be adjusted within 50 percent limit.
