I cancelled a booking instantly and it was within the policy of the tickets to send us a refund. It is almost three months since the booking and I have still not received the refund of 3371 USD I was fed up of going back and forth with the customer care and they kept me hanging. I then sent in a complaint no. PMOPG/E/2020/0731642. They resolved and closed my case within a few days guaranteeing a refund within 10 to14 days. It has been over a month since then.
