Budget 2017- One Suggestion. I read it today that next year GOI will present a single budget and in January, which is an excellent move. Congratulations. My suggestion is on the hardcopies of the budget, every year millions of paper pages are printed and circulated to all members and institutions for various purposes. As part of DigitalIndia and Transformation can GOI change this to eCopy. Circulate on Tables and Reduce to minimum printed copies. Save Plants, Save Money, Save Environment
