Dear Mr Prime Minister Secret of China progress is Hong Kong like cities. Why cannot India create one country two systems and create Hong Kong like cities at least one in each strategic locations. We need to zoom progress through business. I have lived in Hong Kong for 8 years before suggesting this. Thank you
