Dear PM, I have another suggestion on Black Money generation, which you are working towards by promoting digital transactions, but the only challenge is that people are afraid to earn in white rather then spend in white. Wouldnt it be better to have the opposite prevail in the economy to have a minimum bar rather then maximum, like a minimum retail price. GST is another step which is going to be a game changer in the whole black money mumbo jumbo. I am still waiting to see reform in RTO and DL
