For smart waste management Security deposit on certain items , also known as Pfand in German would be useful. People will think twice before throwing things because money would be involved and this would lead to certain waste collection by people themselves. They can return the stuff and collect their money. gd idea. Even though installing such machines (as shn in figure) "everywhere" could be expensive, general idea is very much implementable both in metros cities.
Ex: If some mechanism is there, where in polythene (eg: milk pouches) wll get you some decent money (just like old papers) which can be then transported to recycling plants, people will think twice before throwing with other biodegradable garbage.
I wonder why people dont come to house for collecting plastic like for old news papers!!

Implementing a deposit-refund system aligns with my vision of fostering sustainability and creating a positive impact on waste management. I am eager to explore business possibilities within this framework, envisioning a win-win scenario for both the environment and entrepreneurial endeavors.

I look forward to potential collaboration and contributing to the success of this initiative.
