Good Afternoon Sir, just the way u transfer money via addhar for LPG and only the deserving people get it why dont you use the same mechanism for healthcare all Medicines bills paid by citizens the bills can be send to the govt system and if the people fall in that criteria where the govt should pay part half full amount of the bill can be send to their account this will prevent illegal sales all products will get billed n all citizens will benefit. thank you
