Honourable Prime Minister I have seen many Indian Citizens who have Purchased Lands and have registered as Farmers – ABOVE POVERTY LINE – MISUSE – simply taking Loans under such Scheme without any actual efforts for growing any Crop, they just give out Loan Money in Market on Higher Interest and Earn more money, later at the End of the Year return the Loan Money to Govt stating Lose or Minimum Crop Earning and show loss in account statements and again take up Loan for the Next Financial Year
