I cancelled a booking instantly and it was within the policy of the tickets to send us a refund. It is almost three months since the booking and I have still not received the refund of 3371 USD I was fed up of going back and forth with the customer care and they kept me hanging. I then sent in a complaint no. PMOPG/E/2020/0731642. They resolved and closed my case within a few days guaranteeing a refund within 10 to14 days. It has been over a month since then.     I do not understand how much less of an authority PMO has that it can’t even get me my refund from Air india, the money which is rightfully mine. And if this is the case a common man has nowhere else to go. If you can reopen my case and get my son his hard earned money back from these irresponsible and disorganized Airlines would be very helpful.
