I have made the payment of my electricity bill and my service provider is DHBVN where I made the payment using my credit card. I have been charged Rs 100 plus over and above my bill amount comprising of convienence and service tax. How can I get this Rs 100 plus refunded back to my account. Can the government simplify the process to promote cashless transactions.
