I would like to draw your kind attention towards the problems faced by the consumers in CDRF.
1. Consumer forum are not interesting in giving fast judgment’s.
2. Consumer Forums compromises of Hon’ble President and Hon’ble members (two) but maximum numbers of days FORUM remain incomplete.
3. Consumer Forums believes in giving dates and dates only.
4. CDRF takes minimum10 to 15 years in giving judgment’s in maximum cases.
