The Draft rules of the CSR committee has suggested omission of Trusts and Societies in those entitled to receive CSR support under rule 4 and has only included Section 8 Companies . This is detrimental to the several NGOs working so hard for the benefit of society at large who are supported through CSR. we suggest the inclusion of Trusts and Societies in this again
