Traffic rules should be made strict to avoid unnecessary congestion. Vehicles should not cross the white line when light is red. Violations should be fined 5000. If they dont pay, they should work in Jail for a month and this will add up as a black mark in their aadhaar card. Unless fear is imposed these reckless drivers wont change. I am sure this change will bring huge impact in the traffic with respect to following rules like in foreign countries.
