Being suspended from job by BSNL Bhuj Gujarat without any chargesheet and continious representation given no efforts for reinstatement are made and standard reply as well mechanical suspension is given every six months stating investigation is on since months whereby there is violation of Supreme Court judgement stating no suspension to be extended beyond ninet days if chargesheet not filed The judgement copy along with representation also submitted to The AGM Admin GMTD Bhuj many times
Poor GMTD Bhuj management playing with career of employees having already served more than 25 years
Will be thankful if my GOV mediate and concillate for the same as the matter being prolonged without any reason of employees control to accompany suspension with retirement till employees retire
