Dear Sir , Can we afford a lawless lawyers fraternity ? Are not the lawyers ; Officers of the Court ?
In order to reduce hooliganism by lawyers , some new laws need to be passed urgently to enable the judiciary to take exemplary steps .
May I suggest that all minor cases be permitted to be argued in court , by the plaintiff / defendant , with a proviso that the court nominate a junior lawyer to look after all legal nuances . Representation by a lawyer should not be mandatory .
