I appreciate the GOI initiatives..Too many tasks in very little time. wish to draw your attention on Higher education. We can not give jobs to everyone but if all the lush private colleges and universities can be converted into Mandatory Incubation Center for entrepreneurs. It would be great. They run the entrepreneurship cells but of no use.
