I trust Genetic engineering has reached the stage of almost identifying the genes, DNA which are distinctly responsible for certain kinds of behaviour, diseases etc. if we we could deploy such tests for all politicians who are intending to participate in polls and identify only honest politicians to be permitted to contest the polls.
