If clean India drive will take on individually volunteer then we can dream of clean Indian in coming decades .this year i visited Dubai with family really people makes clean apartments, villa, society and nation . Government can launch any schemes abut real contribution must be followed by volunteer citizen of country.Making rule for such drive is not effective but willingness of people will give outstanding results
