India has potential voluntary work force. This can create a huge force for caring and supporting. For example rather than supporting orphans and poor children in the hostels, we can families without children to adopt or volunteers to adopt where we can provide jobs while monitoring adoption and caring very carefully. Well established and resourced people should be allowed to adopt and support orphans and other children in India. This will solve roaming and begging children in the streets.
