Respected Sir. I, as a citizen of India, request you to start National Unemployment Survey. This survey will look into: Number of persons per family unemployed, educational status of unemployed persons, reasons for unemployment, and , how to solve the problem. It will try to ensure at least 1 member of each family to be employed based on the merit. Where illiteracy is there, it will help to identify suitable jobs in public or private sector, or it will keep them enrolled for various schemes.

Sir, I have tried to start a network of community schools and community colleges several years back in India. There was prospect of receiving a vast quantity of external funding for the same, but it did not work as the organizations in India did not show interest. For the past two years, I have been writing to the new government, but received no response in any forum or for emails. I do not know how all these ideas will be channeled to be executed.
