Mean to say that govt must ensurr minimum and tiny loan reqirement to be fulfilled to citizen with no effort and no more running more and without any processing fee or reg .only valid bank statement of 2 yrs not empty account ie on credit of runnig account only ie on credit of performance of bank .they cant take loan from other bank again.etc in easy manner.thanks.
