myself served ongc for around three decades and took VRS and now running an NGO but my experience of process engineering has drain down .so all retiree from different sector must be utilize their talent , experience for nation building and different innovative schemes of Hon prime minister like skill India , start up India so as every superannuated and VRS person may involve in nation building activities .This is right time to give attention in this regards
