Recently I happened to see a UGC circular addressed to Vice Chancellors across the country to link the adhar number of the student to his degree , which is good, but it was also stated in the circular that the Universities should state the mode of attainment of the degree, like distance education , which is clearly discriminatory, most of poor people are enrolled in distance education courses and they go through same exams like regular courses.Pls remove this absurd discriminatory requirement
