Respected, GST implementation is on and my suggestion can enrich it to some extent. Kindly examine the implementability. Will it be possible to make all business to business transactions electronic and effect TDS of two percent, one percent from payer and one percent from payee. This will enable receipt of tax by government in real time and traders can get refund of excess TDS by filing monthly return. This will also result in reduce non compliance to zero level.
