I don’t think that this is not a good authentication method. Finger print and iris scan will help in authenticating than voice recognition.
Right now government should take action to improve the quality of Aadhar card. It should be like PAN or ATM card and photo quality should be improved. Also they can attach electronic chip (like new debit/credit card).
In Every state we have our own language,
and most languages are the problem in Aadhaar database because all are spelled wrong mostly, Aadhaar operational software don’t support the all languages.
so one best suggestion is for every indian aadhaar bearer that you make your state language optional to every indian, make Hindi and English language compulsory.
You should allow us to choose the aadhaar language which is going to be print at aadhar.

Please include First name and Last name mentioned instead of just name .
This will help employers as they find mismatch of name format.
Example : Instead of Printing name on Aadhaar as Talla Nagaraju
Print on card as by mentioned fields specifically as below,
First Name : Naga Raju
Last Name is Talla
This format is already following in Passport.

Since I and my family reside at location other than our permanent address and the aadhar has only one address so we can only use the card for any one address (For Sim/Internet Connections/etc.). For this, we have to update our address as per our need. Which lead to frequent address Update,
So, I have a suggestion for UIDAI Aadhar Card, that if Aadhar card will have 2 Addresses i.e Address of current residence and permanent address it will provide more detail of residents.
