Sir Retired word upset the service man .a men or women when retired or superannuated from the co. or sector feel he or she feel boycotted person from friends, society and family .an experience must be utilize in concerned fields 4 example i took VRS and my friends are retired from ONGC around 80 per and they feel loneliness and isolated .moreover the word itself hurts a lot retired .at least this name should be changed as Ex Officer or any thing good which suits to respective industry.
