Sir W have very well set up of railways hospitals at many cities we also have scheme of ESIC or ESIS so can we have MOU between these two to share medical facilities this will be good for society. We can have agricultural tourism through railways wherein interested farmers will be visiting model farming systems/agriculture institutions/poultry farms etc which may encourage them for the same. department of biotechnology needs improvement in research project implementations
