Stupid Toilet Program in Villages Without proper Sewage construction , the whole village smells. First , there should be separate Sewage and drainage lines construction. And it should be properly planned for Sewage treatment and then the toilet programs should be initiated. I am not able to live in my village because of the smell and I am sure , in a while , there will be epidemics break. Please focus on that.
