The anti- corruption wing of the CBI deals with unhealthy, ethical practices of the Govt. Employees but which dept. would deal with lethargic approach, decision making, delivery of govt related information etc. other than filing an RTI petition. I have personal experience of four case histories that caused considerable delay for small issues and getting it solved by higher level officers like commissioners. Should we not think of administrative mechanism that could deliver justice.
