The increasing NPA level in banking is a serious issue. Agriculture accounts turns NPA willfully by the farmers to take the govt rebates in NPA loan accounts. After selling crops they keep money in the bank other than the bank where the loan account exists. If the payments transfered directly to the LOAN Account which exists on KHATONI Documents not a single account turn NPA in agriculture category. And if their will no loan burdens arise on a farmer a farmer can be a happy Indian. Thanks
