This is to inform you that as per CDSL norms DP should execute modification in account details only on receiving written instructions duly signed by all the holders of the BO Account on the Account Modification Form Annexure 3 point 1 or letter containing all the details as specified in the Account Modification Form. I think this is contrary to Digital India campaign.
