We should omit all the possible areas where gov employee can demand bribe as licence has become digital locked other documents like voter id,marriage certificate,birth certificate and other important documents should be digitalized and should be citizen friendly so that we should not spend money to middle man for filling up a complicated form for pursuing these certificates
