why there is no time fixed in courts to decide the case /deliver the judgement people grow old die but cases go on.there should be time limit for deciding of case and judges should be bound for it.in nirbhaya case what people have got feeling.crime never stops because there is no fear in culprits they know law is weak and implementation is zero.files never move in office.why fee is not fixed for advocates or doctors.lawyers charge at their own sweet will and doctor peels the skin of patients
